Areas that we inspect include (but are not limited to):

Structural Components: foundation, walls, floors, roof structure.

Exterior: wall finishes, flashings, trim, doors, windows, decks, steps, railings, eaves, soffits, fascia, vegetation, drainage, driveways, walkways, garage door and safety controls.

Roofing: type, drainage systems, flashings, skylights and chimneys.

Plumbing System: supply pipes, fixtures, faucets, drain waste and vent piping, proper drainage, water heater, safety controls, venting and flues.

Electrical System: service entrance conductors, grounding, entrance panel, over current devices, amperage, branch circuits, operation of outlets, switches, installed fixtures, polarity, GFCI’s and AFCI’s.

Heating and Cooling System: type, safety controls, operating controls, energy source, venting, registers, fans, pumps, ducts and filters. *Weather Permitting*

Interior: walls, ceilings, floors, stairways, counters, cabinetry, doors and windows.

Ventilation and Insulation: type and amount, attic, kitchen, bath and laundry venting systems.
